Cut Command

The Cut command places a copy of the selected items on the Clipboard. The selected items are deleted.

To cut an item, do the following:

Select one or more items on the map or in a list
Then, do one of the following:
- On the Edit menu, click Cut.
- Press Ctrl+X.
- Right-click on the selected item, and click Cut.

A copy of the selected item will be placed on the Clipboard, and the item will be deleted.
